COVID-19 Update - With the ongoing situation around the COVID-19 outbreak, there may be some delay attached to your delivery. This is unfortunately something out of our control, but we can assure you that our delivery drivers are working as hard as humanly possible to get your order to you in the quickest possible time-frame. 

At The GreenBeauty co we believe in you receiving your green beauty haul as quickly, beautifully and sustainably as possible once you clicked that “buy” button. Therefore, we ensure we ship everything within 2 days have receiving your order. However please note that we do not ship on weekends, Australian national holidays, or Western Australian public holidays. In addition, during busy period times such as major promotions, sale periods and Christmas/New Years our shipping and handling times may increase by two-three days. But do not worry as we will do our very best to get everything out to you as quickly as possible.

Australia Wide:

We ship via Sendle or stated otherwise for all deliveries nationwide. Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days for your parcel to arrive once shipped for standard shipping. Express post allow 1-3 day for order delivery, depending on your location.

WA Customers:

Standard Shipping it can take between 3-5 days for order delivery, depending on location

Express shipping allow 1-3 day for order deliver, depending on your location.

Please note in more remote and regional areas this can take longer. Allow up to 10 working days to receive an order.

International Shipping and Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that the shipping costs varies from each country and  will be shown at checkout upon selection.

*Free Delivery on Orders over $100 is not valid for International orders or over-sized items 

*Free EXPRESS shipping offers are only valid for Australian residents

Please note there are still delays on international orders due to limited airline capacity.

North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (10-28 working days)
Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

Please be aware that all import duties, taxes and charges are unable to be included in the item, shipping and handling costs. We are delighted to send our products to our international customers however we are not responsible for these fees. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with purchase.

Some items such as perfumes and nail polish are flammable so will not be accepted by the airlines for shipment outside Australia. It is to be noted that some items are not accepted for international sale, and will be stated as so upon checkout.

When international orders reach their destination country, they are subject to customs clearance which can cause lengthy delays that effect the original delivery date. Once an item is out for delivery, you are responsible for tracking your package.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED AND AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

You will be required to sign for your packages by default. However, if you would prefer to have your package left in a safe place such as your doorstep or letterbox, you can select the ATL (Authority To Leave) option at checkout. You can also provide delivery instructions in the comments section at checkout which will be included on your package.

Please note that for Express Post, you cannot select 'signature required on delivery'.
Any packages marked ATL cannot be replaced if they go missing, so this option is at your own risk.

Order lost in Transit

We are not in control of or liable for shipping companies, though not typical, unfortunately parcels can be misplaced or mis-delivered from time to time. Therefore, missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 4 weeks within Australia and 8 weeks internationally. We will assisst to follow this up and act accordingly to our policy. Please note we are not responsible for parcels after this date.
