Please be mindful that due to hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned that have been used or opened. Therefore, any items for return must be received in the original condition they were sent, i.e., unopened boxes, labelling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition.

Damaged, fault or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product received is incorrect please contact us with a detailed description, quote the invoice number and any photos you can provide within 7 days of your order arrival.  We do not refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused post receipt. All returns are to be received within 14 days of approval and will be processed by us within 7 days of receiving them. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Once returns have been received and processed a refund, replacement or credit will be issued.

SENSIVITES OR ALLERGIC REACTION

In the case that you experienced an allergic reaction to a product you have received from us, please discontinue use immediately. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for individual reactions or irritations a product may cause and are unable to accept returns if an allergic reaction occurs.

Since different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product, we encourage you to review the listed ingredients of products to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients and to ensure ingredients are safe to use prior to purchasing.

However, your feedback may assist us in communicating to the brand involved and find a suitable solution. In your message to us, please include:
- Your order number and invoice number;
- The full name of the product that caused an allergic reaction; and
- A detailed description of the symptoms experienced

We may also ask for:
- A full view photo
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the affected area

Change of mind

In cases where the return is due to an incorrect ordered item, dissatisfaction or change of mind by you (the customer), please email us within 2 days of order arrival. All returns are to be received within 14 days of approval and will be processed by us within 7 days of receiving them.  It is to be noted that all items must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused. Return postage will be at your expense (this includes any postage costs where the order would fall under the free shipping terms & conditions). Once the item has been received and verified of its condition, we will issue you with a e-gift card which will be valid for 12 months.

We do not accept returns on sale items or marked, Short Expiry or Last Chance for change of mind. 

RETURNED PARCELS

We can not be held responsible for items returned to us or items lost in transit due to the incorrect address being provided, or it was not collected by you in a reasonable time frame. We will need to apply additional charges to have your parcel resent or replaced. Please be sure to carefully check the details prior to placing your order and carefully check your order confirmation email which is sent to you immediately after placing your order. Be sure to notify us right away if there is an error.
