Your order status should show 'Paid' if you have an account. Customers with or without an account should have received an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Usually, the 'Payment Pending' status appears when payment is unsuccessful. However, if payment is in fact unsuccessful, you should have received an email from us with instructions to reattempt payment.
Please avoid re-creating your order to prevent duplication. Contact asap and we will send you a link for another attempt at payment!
Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we are not able to amend your order like shipping method upgrades, change in quantities, or cancelling of your order. Furthermore, we are not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided or if it was not collected by you in a reasonable time frame. We will need to apply additional charges to have your parcel resent or replaced. Therefore we suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details carefully prior to checkout and check your order confirmation email which is sent to you immediately after placing your order. If in the case that the address is incorrect, be sure to notify us right away as we may be able to make a change.

To redeem your discount code, please enter the code into the "Discount Code / Free Gift Code" field at checkout. Only one discount code is redeemable per order.
Please note discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced items. One discount code is redeemable per order. You must enter the discount code at checkout to redeem. Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be redeemed once order is processed if you forgot to apply discount code.
To redeem your credit note or gift voucher, please enter the code into the "Gift Voucher Code -Or- Credit Note Code" field at checkout. In addition, you are only able to redeem either one gift voucher or one credit note per order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any adjustments to orders after they have been placed. Therefore, we do not award Gift Vouchers, Credit Notes, Discount Codes or any Promotional codes after your order details have been confirmed and processed. If you are experiencing any issues with your order, we advise that you get in touch with us prior to placing your order.
Backorders / Pre Orders are products available to order prior to our delivery arrival. If you choose to purchase such items, alongside instock/available now items your order will be held and shipped altogether once these items are in-stock. If you wish to have the items that are in stock/available now shipped separately, additional shipping fees will apply.
We have E Gift cards which are valid for online purchases for 12 months. When you purchase an E gift card, it will be sent to your email and you can simply forward the email to your recipient.
